About us
Welcome to HEGA®, your joinery for high-quality indoor riding arena mirrors, outdoor riding arena mirrors, custom-made riding arena kickboards and riding accessories.
We are a family-run joinery with over 30 years of experience based in the Warendorf district, close to the FN and the DOKR. We have been specialising in riding arena equipment since 1997. We are particularly proud of our HEGA® indoor riding arena mirrors and HEGA® outdoor riding arena mirrors made of solid wood, including matching HEGA® roller blinds for maximum safety for horses and riders.
Over the years, we have continuously expanded our product range: saddle holders, bridle holders, track and compass points are just as much a part of our range as custom-made HEGA® kickboards made from high-quality wood. Every product is precision-crafted for long-term use, maximum stability and aesthetic elegance.
Until the end of 2022, our company was called Merschhoff & Herbarth GmbH. In 2023, Dominik Ganske, CEO, took over the company and now runs it together with Dietmar Herbarth, founder and CEO. With the renaming to HEGA® GmbH, our name now stands for customised quality, precision and safety ‘Made in Germany’.
Your advantage: Our HEGA® products combine craftsmanship, individual advice and high-quality workmanship – from custom-made indoor riding arena mirrors to professional riding arena kickboards.

I discovered the company at Equitana (trade fair) and received excellent advice when purchasing indoor riding arena mirrors. I opted for the trade fair offer. I am already looking forward to seeing everything installed. Very competent managing director!
